Inexpensive houses construction
A solution for the lack of quality housing space and consumers low financial strength, exacerbated by the difficulty of obtaining credit
mortgage, the Romanian real estate market is perfectly suited to this
inexpensive houses technology, offering to broad masses of the population the
opportunity to build a house with 3-4 bedrooms and 2-3 bathrooms, garage, at
the price of an average apartment.
The inexpensive houses are those made on steel structure, made of U, Z and C profiles. The metal structure is made of U, Z and C profiles of
150 -250 mm wide, made of a special double-dip galvanized steel that is
2mm thick, cold drawn. The profiles are made in the factory, and this is a quality guarantee regardless of weather. The structure of exterior walls is made of metallic profiles, attached with screws or threaded drilling on U profile, on which there are fixed:
*At exterior, fireproof expanded polystyrene insulation with the thickness of 80-100mm, over which is placed decorative coating of 4-6mm thickness.
*At interior, on the metal profile it is fixed a plasterboard of 12.5mm thickness and an interior finishing is executed. The interior walls are made of plasterboards plates of 12.5mm, fixed on metal profiles of 100mm with an insulating layer of mineral wool of 50mm thickness.
