Sheet rolls of steel are produced according to European standards 
. Rolled steel is zinc coated, 180-275 grams / m² and is hot-dip galvanized according to EN 10147, thikness 0.4 to 0.8 mm thick.
Galvanised steel is made with an extra protection by passivation, primer, and the upper face is covered with polyester paint film having the thickness of 20-28 mm or plastisol (polyvinyl chloride). The paint is non-toxic. The painting is done in electrostatic field, which ensures both film uniformity and adhesion to the substrate.
The roll diameter is 508 mm and the width is 1000 mm; 1050 mm; 1060 mm; 1100 mm 1200 mm; 1250 mm.
A roll weighs between 3 and 8 tons.
Standard colors: RAL 9002, RAL 9006, RAL 5010, RAL 5005, RAL 6017, RAL 8017, RAL 3011 (or custom-made colors).
